Our Board

Dr. Smalley is the former principal of San Miguel Middle School on Chicago's west side and now serves as an educational administrator in the Hattiesburg Public School District in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.  Caprice is a Chicago west side native with twenty years of teaching and educational administrative experience.

 Bryan is a finance professional based in New York City  focusing on structuring and capital markets for a $70+ billion asset  manager. He has continued to guide the education and professional  development of his team as the business works through a large-scale  integration of several other existing financial services businesses  across the organization.

Dr. Jesuit is a native of Chicago currently serving as professor of Professor of Political Science and Public Administration at Central Michigan University.  David brings over twenty years of experience in the research and teaching of political science, advising Republic Foundation on best practices in political science instruction and civic leadership initiatives.

 Most recently focused on hospital administration, Nishq has worked with  both public and private organizations at the state local and federal level, bringing over 20 years of experience from the social services and healthcare sector.
